I don't know whether I agree with this. But this is in line with the Canadian Foreign Minister's speech this week that Canada will no longer look to the United States for global leadership.
The erosion of American leadership could be seen by Angela Merkel's trip to Mexico where she attacked the idea of a Wall,a Trump idea.
