DOJ ISSUES A FINDING THAT CONTRARY TO THE CONSTITUTION TRUMP CAN RECEIVE FOREIGN MONEY.
This comes as over two dozen Democratic Senators and House members are suing Trump on the emoluments clause of the constitution. The DOJ move reminds me of W's "pre-emptive war " doctrine.
