The only thing he has to do is get a CBO score. So from the day he says go, he has two days to vote. He is figuring he can go with 4 iffys believing he can bull the necessary 50 and he includes Pence.
My old mentor Bayard Rustin always warned me about using these tactics for any vote. He said you would pay by the reaction down the line. He said the resentment and distrust wasn't worth it. Republicans seem to think it is.
