++Mitch McConnell told "our international partners"that President Obama doesn't have 2/3rds agreement on climate change agreement and that 14 of our states (McConnell has asked 50 states) are suing the government over them.
++By the way,climate change activists were concerned this summer that the administration was not going for a climate change treaty. Now you know why. It is better as an agreement with larger participation of the global community--for now.
