Born To Run Numbers

++The website Born To Run put out their month-to go numbers.
     Democrats will have 48 Senators.
Democrats will have 199 House members
     Democrats will have 24 Governors.

++48 seems to be the number DailyKos, Huffington Post, the New York Times is centering on.

++Nate Silver asks at 538.com "What's the matter with South Dakota?" He thinks the Senate seat now might be in play. The Lessig SuperPac has poured a million into the state for Rick Weiland. Silver points out that Larry Pressler is notching up big numbers with only slightly over 100k in the bank. It seems Tom Daschle was right to criticize Harry Reid in his refusal to financially back Weiland.

++With Crist leading the last three polls,it received a bonus when the FBI's Whistleblower came forth in Florida to document how Rick Scott personally was involved in the Medicare fraud that brought his company into the Fed's attention.

++Jerry Brown just aired his first television commercial in California's race for Governor. He has to spend something. He is sitting on a war chest of nearly $200 million.

++Last night was debate night. David Perdue went against Michelle Nunn. Perdue is now fighting the accusations that he outsourced Georgian jobs, which he did. Kay Hagan took it to Tom Tillis and didn't play it safe.

++Democracy Corps had a poll out that the Democrats' populist message this year is the reason the GOP tide was thwarted so far. They said it gained Democrats an additional 2%.

++Tom Cotton running to take Senator Pryor's seat found a way to fuse ISIS, Ebola and the Mexican drug cartels and immigration reform. Curious observers found that this mix has appeared in right-wing blogs, radio broadcasts and television shows. Naturally, there is no truth to this like there is no truth that hordes of illegals are heading to Arkansas because there is no border security.

++Latino voters are miffed because President Obama said he would "do" immigration reform after the election. Their logical point is that there is a human cost the longer you wait. It also dampens enthusiasm for a Latino turnout, which could be crucial in states like Colorado.

++Nullification is back after the Supreme Court refused to hear appeals of same sex marriage. States like South Carolina, Oklahoma and Wyoming vow to disobey the law. The National Review actually said the Supreme Court non-decision was the same as the Dred Scott decision. You figure it out. The mind boggles.

++In Michigan the Republicans have pulled the plug on Terri Land, canceling the rest of her television commercials. The Democrats have pulled the plug on several House races as both parties are committing tirade.
