++The Supreme Court refused to take up same sex marriage in this session and rejected appeals from Indiana,Oklahoma, Utah, Virginia and Wisconsin. The rejection ends delays in those states.
++This leaves same sex marriage legal in 30 states and the District of Colombia. There are two additional federal courts which have yet to rule on the issue in their jurisdiction.
++4 of the 9 justices voted to hear the appeals but no one knows who voted.
