++Justice Kennedy this morning issued a stay on same-sex marriages in Idaho and Nevada after Governor Butch Otter of Idaho requested a stay, pending an appeal. Gov. Sandoval said he would not appeal the Circuit Court ruling. So Justice Kennedy issued another ruling allowing same sex marriage in Nevada. Then earlier this afternoon,the Coalition to Protect Marriage in Nevada requested a stay. Then Justice Kennedy modified his ruling again and granted a stay for that stay also. The proponents for same sex marriage now have a chance to respond. Geez!
