++As they take Andrew Sullivan of the Daily Beast off to Bellevue, the U.S. News and World report asked Allen Lichtman about who would win the presidential election.
++The Answer is President Obama. A Candidate has to lose six or more of Prof.Lichtman's keys before he or she is defeated.
++Obama has lost three so far:
1.The Party Mandate when he lost the House in 2010.
2.The Long-Term Economy
3. And yes, Andrew, his charisma
++The good news is that it is highly unlikely for President Obama to lose three more in less than a month.
